I remember seeing this article, and as a computer scientist I quibble with it just a bit because CS’s theoretical notion of “computation” is much broader and more abstract than the specific way current actual physical computers work, and might usefully encompass (and differentiate!) some of the article’s ideas of thinking being embodied and non-representational. But that quibble aside: yes, good reading that captures so many things about how we misconceive our our minds.
