The derivation of sulphur chemical abundances in the gas-phase of star-forming galaxies is explored in this work, using the emission lines produced in these regions in the optical part of the spectrum and by means of photoionization models. On March 7th, 2023 the \textit{Fermi} Gamma-ray Burst Monitor observed the second highest fluence gamma-ray burst (GRB) ever, GRB~230307A. With a duration beyond 100~s, GRB~230307A contains a multitude of rapidly-varying peaks, and was so bright it caused instrumental effects in the GBM detectors. For me if someone schedules a meeting before 08:00 and after 15:00 it is an automatic NO.
Early morning mail checks (before 07:00) is done only when I am on call and to see if there was any emergencies in the prior evening production run that I missed. When I do that my day starts at that time! I adjust the end of day time to allow for the early start. Normal hours for me is 07:00 to 15:30.
