Jury rules that 1971 deed covenant forbidding residential use of property in downtown Columbia MD is void because it conflicts with county's 2010 Master Plan.
Could be an important precedent, if it applies to covenants banning ADUs, duplexes, etc where county ordinances or state laws have legalized them in 1-family zones.
