Watched “Guilty Bystander” (1950), a #FilmNoir directed by Joseph Lerner about a washed up ex-cop who unwittingly gets caught in the crossfire of a small-time smuggling ring while searching for his missing son. Peter Conheim (Neung Phak, Negativland) did the restoration.

My hand, holding my copy of the aforementioned tome. It is a paperback, with the title written in a cursive font over a background drawing of a heart-shaped flower arrangement. 'Needs more knives', and other similar small notes, complete the design.

I used the recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction (using cooked.wiki) and they turned out great!
Nice crispy tops, though I had about half of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix left, as it seemed like way too much.
I didn't have sour cream or plain yogurt but I did have blueberry yogurt, so that seemed appropriate. I used oat milk because that's all we have in the house.
I normally do not use liners but I did this time.

Found "Secret Pizza" in Vegas, hidden pizza joint. Really is as good as people say & much better than Sirrico's or Slice of Vegas.
Excellent dough w/ a crispy base. Really high quality cheese & fresh made tomato sauce. Pepperoni is different. Spicy & very flavorful.

Any attack on democratic institutions or on the freedom of the press must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.
