I losing faith in myself when it comes to client-auth and nginx

Got a sunflower lanyard at #Dokk1. It's the international signal for invisible disabilities.
It wasn't as smooth as I hoped for. There was nobody at the info desk of borgerservice. Thankfully the people at the info desk of the library told me that I just need to stand there and someone will come. That worked and I got the lanyard without having to explain myself. That was nice.

I was amused and a tad peeved when it was revealed the ChatGPT was being caught out by its excessive use of #emDashes—I like using them, myself—but now apparently OpenAI says users can tell the app not to use them. OpenAI still doesn’t know why it overuses them though. They’re still looking into that.

Everyone is somewhere else at the moment so I made breakfast and then ate myself. One of us can’t eat today at all (colonoscopy). Fun times. Rustic sourdough cornbread (cheddar and poblano), egg and bacon, tea.

The ideas that finally bubbled up to the surface in The Point of No Return last night have been festering in the back of my brain for months. Because, although it's a bit inchoate, it's only saying out loud what most of us already know.
The job now is no longer to turn the ship around. We don't have the wheel, and those who do will not listen.
The task now is to build lifeboats. To build resilient spaces in which fragments of humanity can survive.

The Point of No Return
I can't stop climate change by myself. I can't create a sustainable future for my village by myself. To do either of these things, everyone else needs to work together. But badgering people, being frustrated with people, being angry with people (and yes, I am angry — very angry — with people I know, and like, and respect, very much) doesn't motivate them to work together. My very frustration, my very sense of urgency, makes me a liability. I should stop.

There are two kinds of people in this world:
