I walked up the creek and got my feet stuck in a foot of mud and got cut up by sawgrass to get this shot of what used be a much larger beaver pond in the wet meadow upstream of my driveway

A somewhat brown pond fills the bottom 1/3 of the frame raggedly and reflects what is above it. There's a moderate sized snag and a lot of goldenrod and trees in hedgerows and a classic upstate NY glacial hill in the background and a perfectly blue sky above all of that.
