Alle reacties op het migratie standpunt van D66 die stellen dat daarmee (extreem) "rechts" wordt gesteund, hebben het niet echt gelezen volgens mij. Het is een heel redelijk stuk al ben ik als D66-lid natuurlijk totaal niet objectief. Maar lees het vooral zelf.

Minder immigratie in 2024, vooral minder kennismigranten
In 2024 kwamen 316 duizend immigranten naar Nederland. Dat waren er 19 duizend minder dan het jaar ervoor. Zowel de immigratie uit EU-landen als uit overige landen was lager dan in 2023, het aantal immigranten met de Nederlandse nationaliteit bleef gelijk. Vooral het aantal kennismigranten dat van buiten de EU naar Nederland kwam daalde. Dat meldt het CBS op basis van recente cijfers.
