I have a laptop at home with GeForce GTX 960M and I cannot find out if the chip is better supported by the nouveau or the nvidia driver on Linux. AFAIK it's a Maxwell chip, and Maxwell chips are supported by nouveau. But does it re-clock? How do I find out?
