Not everyone runs well on more/8 hours of sleep. That's modern nonsense, whatever. If it works for you, great. But Tuesday I got 6 hours. More than I usually do. Felt like shit and dragged ass all day. Last night, got like 4 hours. Still tired today, some, but not NEARLY as bad as Tuesday. Not even close. Go figure. Everyone is different and has different health needs.
