Cloudflare is pulling a us-east-1. I guess Twitter sits behind Cloudflare now because it appears to be offline.
Nice thing about phpc.social is we touch neither AWS nor Cloudflare for core services, so we're still up.
Wish I could say the same for some stuff at my day job.
