The Dutch offshore wind programme is in trouble. With 4.5 GW in operation and 1.5 GW under construction, the plan was to rapidly build out capacity to 21 GW by 2032. That's almost impossible, by now.

Als het kabinet de Routekaart wind op zee 2030+ nog wil halen, dan moet het volgende kabinet in 2027 maar liefst 8 GW aan windparken aanbesteden. Lukt dit niet, dan leidt dat tot substantiële vertragingskosten bij TenneT.

@… Definitely. And this was discussed prior to my operation so I knew I would sooner or later be getting one of these devices. My operation was in August of last year (about 2 months after my 50th birthday). I’ve truly been so thankful for Sweden’s healthcare system.
