Hey friends. Also a photo from my hike last Sunday. I came to this hut and tried a counter light. In summer there are usually quite a few people as you can buy some drinks there.
Now.. I had some time to play around with some perspectives. I just liked the silence in the photo. Especially as all others just quickly passed the spot without a lot of notice.

On Dec. 6, people across the United States marched.
They protested.
They carried banners:
No war on Venezuela.
No blood for oil.
US hands off Venezuela.
They chanted and waved Venezuelan flags.
Trump says he’s coming to remove Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
-- He’s promised it’s only a matter of time.
The United States has amassed the largest military buildup in the Caribbean since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.

Keith Ellison and the MN AG office are the folks who successfully prosecuted Derek Chauvin. They are a crack legal team who know how to win. I’m making no bets about the short or long term outcomes of this lawsuit — especially not with a radical right-wing SCOTUS completely off the rails — but I’m confident these are some of the very best people to be leading it.
Scores of people gathered outside Manchester Central library in very cold conditions this evening, in solidarity with the Venezuelan, Cuban, and all people and against this nearly new adventure of US imperialism.
