It's so weird to see people in my TL shitting on GitHub’s “$100 million for open source" victory lap.
Is it a bit cringe and self-aggradizing? Sure!
And YET it has been life-changing to many maintainers including myself!
There're MANY companies that use my stuff that could make me very rich by giving me 10 minutes of their profits, but GitHub is the one getting flak!?
