Day spent prepping surfaces and hammering in insulation. Doesn't look like much, but it's fiddly work that takes time. The end is perilously nigh.

Prepping a digital negative of one of my old generative art projects (from 2008) for #Kallitype printing tomorrow. The form is actually _not_ 3D, but merely the time trace of a 2D physics sim of a single line (over hundreds of frames) and using spatial velocity deltas as metric for creating faux shading...

You only hate on Gemini until you need it to write for you a PowerShell script that generates a Kodi .nfo file for each of the ~50 extras of 'Friends' that don't have entries on TheTVDB.
At least I reviewed the final script and understood / learned how things are done. Shout-out to the excellent Bulk Rename Utility, which made the prepping easier. It was a team effort.

What's on it? FreeBSD and the River window manager.
