Another person who I look up to falling for AI, sigh.
I think it has an allure like organized religion. Promising to free you of that pesky “having to think” part of your life and absolving you from having to make decisions or taking responsibility for your actions.
(Exactly as Weizenbaum wrote in the 1970s, read his book.)

dutch_school: Dutch school friendships (2003)
A series of snapshots of the friendships among freshmen at secondary school in The Netherlands, in 2003-2004. Friendship ties were surveyed four times, at three month intervals. The direction of an edge indicates that student i is friends with student j. Missing data is coded as 0 or 10. Metadata includes sex, age, ethnicity, and religion.
