🥳 New Kitten¹ release!
Implemented workaround:
There is a bug in the CommonMark spec that results in preformatted code with empty lines nested in an HTML node not rendering correctly.²
In Kitten, this previously threw an error (see #294³ and also #318⁴).
Kitten now works around the issue in its own parser.

The particular form of this that I’m surprised I’m not hearing more about — but maybe I’m only not •hearing• about it — is employees being handed some project they find objectionable / unethical, and rather than overtly fighting the project on the merits, instead •aggressively• embracing the company’s AI mandate to make way too much “progress” way too fast in a way that renders the entire project unsalvageable.

I quit Google Docs and switched to CryptPad last year but I gotta say, sometimes it's not easy.
I am willing to put up with rough edges and weird issues like taking over 30 seconds for a page to load and render, but I can see how normies would just stick with Google's offerings.
I will not go back to Google because fuck those fuckers, but as we've learned I have a high tolerance for pain.
