I revisited Malvern the other week. My 1st 14 yrs spent there.
Sad to see the old lido in Priory Park replaced by a modern sports centre. I learned to swim (badly) there. It was bloody cold but our outdoor school pool at Hanley Castle was even colder.
Fun fact: lidos take their name from Lido, a resort island in the Venice group.
