Dutch far-right politician Markuszower, who said he wanted military police to use violence against Palestinian refugees at the border, is an immigrant born in Tel Aviv and has both Israeli and Dutch nationalities.

One of the biggest election stories no one's talking about: the US Democratic primaries are becoming a proxy war between rival AI factions, with candidates tuning their strategies accordingly. My latest Substack digs into how that happened.

Had a PhD student visiting today, the brilliant Sam Frohlich. Walked her around campus and took her to the wonderful John Carter Brown Library to see the 1776 exhibit, labeled "Foundations of Revolution". Then realized she's from the UK…so quietly led her right back out. (-:
