Der Rat der Gemeinde Borchen hat die Förderrichtlinie „Handeln für den Klimaschutz“ mit großer Mehrheit beschlossen. Mit dem Förderprogramm sollen Impulse für Bürgerinnen und Bürger zur regenerativen Energieerzeugung, Ressourceneinsparung und somit zur Reduzierung von Treibhausgasemissionen gesetzt werden.
