Nun, endlich wieder mal die #10km Runde gemacht!
Und mit Bienen-Ragwurz und einem Admiral bei der Mineralmahlzeit belohnt worden.
Die 10km-Laufpause war arg lang. Und es wundert, wie rasch die Strecke wieder gut geht. Ziel: 16km, dann 21.

Zwei mal die "Bienen Ragwurz" Orchiee. Violette BlütenBlätter zur Seite und in der Mitte in Braun ein gemusteres Blatt wie der Rücken einer Biene.
Auf einem Stein sitzt der Schmetterling "Adminral". Braun gemusterte Flügen und ein paar kräftige Farbflecken in kräftigem Rot, Weiß, Schwarz. Mit dem Rüssel saugt er Mineralien von einer tierischen Hinterlassenschaft.

Gestern von Kleinblittersfeld erfahren, wo es verboten ist, das Freibad in Badekleidung zu betreten. Angeblich aus Hygienegründen. Ich halte das für völligen Schwachsinn und mir fallen zahlreiche Gründe ein, weshalb sich Menschen bereits Zuhause umziehen (Kinder, körperliche Einschränkungen, Belästigung). Aus Hygienesicht ist das Abduschen entscheidend und nicht wie lange die Badekleidung bereits getragen wird.

Under Randy Clarke, WMATA has cut the end-to-end travel time on the Metro Red Line by 8 minutes. This is a 68 minute trip, so it's a gain in efficiency of over 10% on top of faster trips for riders.
This is a combination of automated train operation (with doors closing sooner), raising the speed limit back to the original design of 75 mph, and I imagine other fixes.
