Managed to repair my digital piano. Two of the c's stopped working. Turns out the fix was easy: I used some 9B pencil to rub the connectors on the piano, as they apparently work with graphite. There was a silicone bit I could take off to get to the connector.
Opening the piano up was by far the hardest part of this repair.

Watching the Once Upon a Time... intro hits me with how tiny and temporary my life is compared to the giant sweep of history.
The scenes of people through different ages make me wonder what any of us really mean in the big picture.
The vast flow of time shown reminds me that anarchism is the way forward to break free from repeating cycles of power.

Got the modded PS1 (SCPH-5501) connected to the PVM via a gwscart switch using RGB (CSYNC). The switch doesn't seem to have any issues with the signal coming in from the PS1, and the Retro Gaming Cables cable (EuroSCART -> RGB Sync Audio) is absolute quality. If it weren't for Silksong at the moment, I'd be jumping into some retro games.

I went to Best Buy to pick up Ethernet and DisplayPort cables (I’m sure I have both in the house… but I couldn’t find them).
Employee: Would you like to sign up for a Best Buy credit card? You could save 10% on your purchase!
Me, thinking: Yeah 10% off of two cables is $3 pal. What an offer.
Me, out loud: No, thank you.
I get that it’s mandated from corporate. I get that you were trained on this sales tactic. And if I was buying a new TV, maybe. But 10% off a cable? P…
