@luana@wetdry.worldSo, the guy has to go through a radiation check to go into places, and no one has ever been flagged. Are the Silos somewhere that got bombed and an experiment to see how a population would grow with radiation (but for 300 years???), and the radiation test is to make sure no one escaped the Silo?
