My Boss discovered open source for himself with AI.
We struggle hard with the unity lisending at work so he sad down with Claude and Godot and basically refactored our completely tool chain from unity to Godot.
We will be Silver sponsor in a couple of weeks for Godot and also Blender. Money we saved on Unity Licenses.
His biggest motivation is, that we can just fix bugs happening for our customers specific devices instead of relying on the invisible process of Unity.
