Wizpr: Ring nimmt Sprachbefehle an und steuert E-Mail, Maps und Smarthome
Der smarte Ring "Wizpr" soll sich allein durch Flüstern bedienen lassen und steuert verschiedene Apps. Im Hintergrund ist ein großes Sprachmodell wie GPT aktiv.

Seit einiger Zeit (2-3 Jahre) steigt unser Stromverbrauch. Mitte letzten Jahres habe ich mich dann aufgerafft, ein Dutzend WLAN Steckdosen gekauft und diese ins Netz gehängt. Das geht im ersten Schritt ohne Smart-Home, da die meisten der Systeme mit einem Browser abgerufen werden können. Siehe da, der Übertäter ist gefunden und stillgelegt: Ein Kühlschrank im Vorratsraum verbraucht 15 % unseres gesamten Jahresstrombedarfs. Jetzt muss er gehen 🙂

I wish could travel back 30 years so I could tell my teenage self that in the future we will have smart home heating systems where you can set a schedule that it will completely ignore and just turn on randomly when it feels like it.

Some dickhead staying on the hotel on the other side of the street, decided it was a good idea to drop balloons from the 9th floor. The balloons are only filled with air but when they touch the ground they "explode".
It's fucking 2am!
Called the hotel, they did nothing.
Called the police, they did nothing.
Turned my yeelight on police mode, the dickhead stopped launching more balloons.
