We have zaatar and cheese manaeesh. Sometimes, we do half and half, and we call that a cocktail manouche. Today, I did a cheese-stuffed zaatar manouche and it was amazing.

This is a manouche, a Middle Eastern flatbread topped with za'atar, a blend of herbs and spices including thyme, sesame seeds, and sumac. The manouche is double layered with the inside stuffed with cheese. It sits on a wooden cutting board, in a kitchen in Arlington, Virginia.
