im mildly stressed about not hitting my reading goal despite this being the first year I've ever set a reading goal, the first year I've read more than a single book in ages, and also having only started in June BUT

Seriously... installing W11 last week (it took me 2.5 days as I tooted last time) ... and configuring it to be even usable in some kind freaked and stressed me out so much... I grew grey hair in my beard.
When I shaved on sunday it was a real WTF moment.

I'm not feeling low - stressed to the eyeballs but not flat - but I do feel like I haven't woken up yet and I've been at work for two hours 😄 My daylight lamp was about £25 and it's been money very well spent. I use it as the light on in the room when I'm getting ready in the morning, rather than sitting staring at it for 20 minutes, and it just works.
