Ny artikel av mig på Tyngre där jag går igenom forskningen som har tittat på hur antalet måltider påverkar hälsan.
Jag tittar både på studier där man har kontrollerat så att folk äter precis samma mat fast vid olika många tillfällen och studier där man mer har undersökt vad som händer om man ger folk rådet att äta fler eller färre måltider varje dag.
Tre eller sex måltider per dag – vad är bäst för kroppen?

Ugh, Bluesky is so full of self-important airbags that I may stop going there.
It's the "egosphere" in a way that twitter/X actually never became.
ADDITIONALLY, a new "feature" is a box that shows up in your timeline with 4 recommended "similar accounts" - except they aren't similar at all. Bluesky is putting porn and online prostitution accounts into their recommends! 🤯

As much as I appreciate it, unfortunately I can not go back to that place [if this is partially meant to lure me back] and I'd much rather wish for people still there due to various network effects and social pressures to organize them…
