Multisubband Plasmons in InAs/GaSb Broken Gap Quantum Well
Multi-subband plasmon (MSP) modes in heavily doped InAs/GaSb broken-gap quantum wells grown via molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) are investigated. An $8$-band $\vec{k} \cdot \vec{p}$ semiclassical model accurately predicts ellipsometric spectra, reflecting strong subband hybridization and non-parabolicity. Jeg er i Birmingham for at blive optaget til en podcast i morgen. Efter en lang periode med lidt vel rigeligt arbejde satsede jeg på lidt afslapning på turen. Værelset på Conference Aston Hotel (det hedder det! RækkefŸlgen er ulogisk, don’t shoot me) er gammelt og småt, og her var rigeligt varmt da jeg ankom.
