TIL: AirPlay stopped working on macOs Tahoe.
Solution: System Settings > Wifi > click "details" next to your wifi network > select TCP/IP tab. Change "Configure IPv6" setting from Off to "Link-Local Only".
🤷‍♂️ No effing idea why.
