What we’re seeing in that picture is the launch of Starlink satellites on July 18.
You can see that launch from another perspective here.
The exhaust from twilight launches appears to glow, because, while the sun has set from our perspective on the ground,
at the altitude the rocket is at, it is still lit up by the sun.

Farage (short for Fascist Anti-democratic Rage?) may well win the next general election.
