So, I know I’ve posted about “The Long Dark before, mostly in the terms of the “survival” elements of the game.
Here’s the thing: the story mode, “Wintermute” is what really MADE the game for me.
I played survival a few times and then found Wintermute and was just floored.
The story has heart and then it’s set against the beautiful but dangerous winter backdrop of the Canadian wilderness.
