«HellCaptcha: Accessibility Theater at Its Worst»
hCaptcha is not only useless and easily broken by bad actors (we tried it for the personal science/#quantifiedself wiki without it having any impact on spam), it also is impossible to use by legitimate users who rely on accessibility tools…

Claude Sonnet 4.0 describes the image as: "I can see this appears to be from a science fiction television production, showing a scene set in what looks like a rocky, desert-like alien landscape or quarry location. The setting has a distinctive reddish or sepia-toned color cast typical of 1970s/80s television production. The rocky, chalky terrain and lighting suggest this is meant to represent an alien planet surface. The scene appears to be from an action or dramatic sequence, with the characte…

Very good points, a reply to a CEO who wondered why his engineers were resistant to using LLMs for coding:

Screenshot from twitter:
@robleathern
Senior engineers are typically early adopters of genuinely useful
technology - they're usually the first to embrace new tools, frameworks,
and approaches that make their work more effective. If your most
experienced engineers are resistant to Al while leadership is
enthusiastic, that suggests a few possibilities:
1. The Al tools being pushed might not actually solve real problems the
engineers face
2. There could be legitimate concerns about code quality, …

Claude Sonnet 4.0 describes the image as: "This appears to be a scene set aboard a spacecraft, likely the Liberator or Scorpio, with the characteristic dark, high-tech interior typical of the series. The lighting creates a moody atmosphere with the crew gathered in what looks like the main control area or flight deck. The setting suggests this is during a tense moment or important discussion, with the characters positioned around the ship's central console area. The production design shows the …
