Sollte das Verbot dennoch scheitern, bedeutet das nicht im Umkehrschluss, dass das Bundesverfassungsgericht der AfD ein Demokratie-Siegel verleiht. Auch wenn es nur besonders radikale Teile wie den Jugendverband oder den Landesverband Thüringen verbietet, würde das der AfD schaden - und Menschen vor Hass, Diskriminierung und Bedrohungen schützen.
