@lpryszcz@genomic.social“Move your body for 20 minutes a day; get out for a walk – it doesn’t have to be vigorous exercise – and get some sunshine on your skin.” This can help combat anxious thoughts. Yoga, meditation or mindfulness are worth exploring too.
And most of all, don't about exposure to things that make you anxious. Avoidance only makes the problem worse!

Accordingly to her it was such a terrible experience: sun recently rising was already shining strong, the sand was making changing postures difficult, noises made by the sea were distracting... and sand everywhere was just so annoying...
I like to say: typical problems of the "privileged" people!

@luana@wetdry.worldI think my main concern about the StarLite is that its CPU is considerably less powerful than the A12X on my iPad, and would be even less powerful than getting a 360° laptop such as a Lenovo Yoga.
Tho a 360 laptop wouldn’t have a rear camera, which is nice to take pictures of the board or of the teachers slides or something to put together with my notes…

I love the detail of the crowns and other ornaments, as well as that of the silver arch behind the idols. And of course the elegance of the simple decoration.
