Did another sanity check on the 2nd PC and installed The Alters which is an Unreal 5 game. My internet bill gonna be higher this month cause I apparently passed the cap limit (thanks for failing to send me the warning email Comcast) but whatever. Booted it, checked the settings (Epic, Native AA so the 1080p the display runs at) and loaded in.. to a buttery smooth 60fps.
So it's definitely something going on with The Last Caretaker. I have no idea what, tho. For some reason in game …

1/2: Someone at YouTube asked me if the 3080 Ti would work with FSR 4 INT8 in Cyberpunk 2077, and the answer is yes, it'll work - I tested this with my old GTX 1650 4Gb GDDR6, and the image improves drastically compared to FSR 2 and 3 and XeSS. Note: The FPS are worse even on FSR 4 Ultra Performance compared to native (1080p), but it works and it looks good.

I don't know who needs to hear this but if you're in the market for a desktop camera with 1080p video, mic & Windows Hello facial recognition authentication, check this out.
(Also has an automatic shutter which physically blocks the lens when you're not using it. $55.)
