#ACAB means ALL of them. That means globally.
I think people overestimate how much police "stop" or prevent violent crimes, and underestimate how social safety nets, prosperity, and environmental protections actually prevent it. Cops are not good at their jobs, and having your neighbors around (which is why walkable neighborhoods feel safer, while big empty highway-centric place…
