Just watched on ADSB a flight of three T-38 Talons in black livery fly from Santa Maria to North Island NAS, largely under 10k' and well over 350 knots the whole way. I suspect someone was getting a thrill ride; that's a bit faster than what could be called the speed limit at that elevation.
