I've finally bisected my TV problem and indeed, #amdgpu starting to output RGB by default was the cause. Also found out that I can force YUV444 via debugfs, so with some hacking, I can actually use the latest #Linux kernel.

The look-ma-no-env-vars approach to enabling the new native FSR 4.1.1 in Linux on RDNA 3 (besides using Steam's current Proton Experimental, which is for Steam games only). OptiScaler is not necessary. I'm using it to provide the FSR watermark.
