The Virginia Community College System (#AS22845) had long been announcing two IPv4 prefixes, a /16 and a /24. Most of the /16 has now been disaggregated.
A variety of explanations could account for such a major change, such as:
1. Operational mistake
2. Prelude to re-allocate or transfer
3. Traffic engineering
4. DDoS mitigation

My kitchen scales broke (the culprit denies any responsibility) so I need to get a new one, which I'll use MOSTLY to bake but might also use for coffee if it does the job.
The one thing I'd like is that it weights *oil* as I pour it, something which my previous was unable to do (it would stick to initial weight).

Well, it turns out that someone very smart gave us definitive proof that #Asus firmware & drivers programmers are not doing a good job.
After seeing this, their dismissiveness towards people complaining now feels a bit more outrageous than before (it has been more than 3 years for some).
Without experience, it's hard to follow the analysis, but there are some easy to understand takes:
1. They force sleeps from 25 to 100ms... in interrupt handlers.
2. They use interrupt handlers as improvised timers/schedulers (re-triggering interruptions from within interruption handling contexts).
