Argos have some tilt/swivel monitor mounts on half price; now just need to mount those to a shelf support, and wonderful:

A tilt swivel monitor mount is screwed/bolted/bodged to bits of wood that are fixed to a metal shelf support.. In the background are random bits of old electronics lab equipment.
