2nd time in 2 weeks I’ve injured my left arm picking up K last night. This time it was because he decided as I was lifting him that he didn’t want to get into his chair, so he let go mid-lift.
He was not injured. My bicep was still screaming at me a few minutes ago when I absentmindedly picked something up.
I’m getting less fit for this by the day...
