Having just been in Hawaii (big island) and now San Jose/Sunnyvale, the combination of absolutely gorgeous weather and car-centricity is just fucking ridiculous. People are biking through the dark depths of frozen icy winters in various more livable places, but god forbid you design a pleasant and safe bike network in literal paradise.
