Letzte Woche habe ich an einem großartigen Brotbackkurs in der #BulleBäckerei teilgenommen. Von Ciabatta über Sauerteig und Brioche - alles auch zum Mitnehmen.

I’m in Chicago, first snowfall. Horrifyingly beautiful.
Beautiful because nature can be wonderful.
Horrifying because humans are too often not.
Nearby, there are federal prisoners in Broadview probably freezing to death tonight.
We each have our challenges, all are real.
May God’s mercy visit and comfort them.
And may His wrath visit their captors.
