I’ve been using bitwarden for a while now, and I’m interested in signing up for the Premium plan now. Tho I’ve seen that y’all have EU servers now (not sure if that was already a thing when I first made my account?), and I’d probably prefer that over USA.
It seems that I can manually export my vault to a json and import it in a new account set to use EU servers, but will my Passkeys also be migrated if I do that?

Just migrated my password manager from the original bitwarden to a self-hosted vaultwarden.
Was really painless.

Unclear to me why no one ever mentions Strongbox in #PasswordManager reviews. It is a perfectly fine PM for macOS/iOS/iPadOS that has a rich set of sync options, most of which don't involve any 2nd/3rd party storage. It stores its databases in KeePass2.x (kdbx v4) format, so it is data-compatible with the many variations of KeePass.
