Belgische overheid start eigen chatapp voor ambtenaren als WhatsApp-vervanger
De Belgische overheid heeft een eigen chatdienst ontwikkeld om diensten als WhatsApp en Signal te vervangen. De dienst heet Beam en wordt sinds vorige week gefaseerd aan ambtenaren verstrekt. Beam is eind-tot-eind versleuteld en ondersteunt veel belangrijke functies, zoals groepsgesprekken en videobellen.
