Well, we made it to Borrego Springs. Yaaay!!!
It may not look like much from Google maps' satellite view, but it is rather nice. The wildflowers are not yet in mass bloom, but there are still a lot of 'em.
And the weather is nice - I'm typing this among palms next to a pool.
