Peter Hook tonight in #Buffalo. Never gonna see New Order live, so this will do.
My best pics of the band are from other people.

Selfie of me in an olive military cut light jacket and a black T-shirt with the iconic stack of white lines denoting peaks and valleys from the Joy Division album cover except the peaks are really cat ears and lots of little smiling cat faces under each set. Iโ€™m also wearing a Max Headroom pin on my jacket and a mask on my breathing holes.

Yesterday managed to see at least a half dozen bands for #Kenmore Porchfest (#Buffalo). I only remembered to take one pic (at this RAtM cover band, Anger Is a Gift). They did a great job and the hosts had a cooler of water for everyone.
Kudos to everyone involved in the day.

A small front yard with a smaller tent failing to cover a four-piece band as a crowd extends down a few houses and well into the street. People are standing, sitting in camp chairs, lying on grass, chatting, and generally enjoying the sun and music.

Can confirm that they are *not* throwing candy or little army toys or beads from the tanks, and my 9-year-old self who got candy and little army toys and beads from a tank soldier on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, N.Y., in 1980something is a little sad.
