Cooked tonight, which was exactly the kind of at home relaxing I needed after a lot of time traveling.
Broke apart a whole chicken and roasted the legs & wings, and then separately the two breasts upside down.
Salt, garlic powder, paprika, a bed of yellow peppers & onions, rice on the side.
