Two years ago, Bruce Schneier already made it clear, that any trust in #AI systems was unfounded. Because that would have to equal trust in the companies behind these systems and trust in companies is a very different animal from trust in individuals.
So: Even if the AI #ChatBot seems to behave human, any human trust you consider establishing is wrong.
