At #CheltLitFest, briefly, for Martin Parr's talk. Bought the book after he signed it and we exchanged the only words we have ever had which is Thank you, and Cheers, though he did prefix it this time with "Oh, I can spell that".
This is remarkably special for me, less for him I suspect.
